I had a 4 miler this morning. I got to the school where I park at about 6:30AM. It seems that I will be meeting a guy and his dog each morning. They have been circling the school's driveway every day so far. For a country guy, he seems a bit non-friendly. I will take on having him smile at me and acknowledge my presence. Today he did sorta kinda grunt back after I said "Good Morning".
I completed my run in 9 minute 16 second miles. I am not going to fret about that time being too fast right now. I will see if my body lets me maintain that pace on short runs.
It is absolutely fabu weather for running!
