Heading back to New York this afternoon. Last time I took this flight, I talked myself into doing my stretching regimen when I got home. I had 2 glasses of wine with dinner and then blew off the stretching. It cost me the coveted hand bag.
I will not be making that deal with myself today. I will do my stretching and weight work before I finish packing this morning.
Making mistakes, human, repeating the same mistake, stoopid.
