Holy Crappola, Batman. Running in Florida in July is like nothing I have ever experienced. Even when I ran here in September was not like this. I went out at 6:20 this morning - I only ran 3 miles and I was drenched when I got back. I mean D-R-E-N-C-H-E-D!!!!
Tomorrow I will be out by 5:30.
My achilles is doing great!
