Getting Adjusted

So, it seems that I should not just jump in and start running in my new orthotics. I have to build up time, an hour a day. Crap. So, I will follow those instructions and I think I will start running again next Monday. He says I shouldn't run in the new ones until I have walked in them for 10 days or so. That is what I will do. I still have time before I need to start the 16 week program.

Meanwhile, I am going to get some cardio on my elliptical and do all of my stretching.
