Last Florida Summer Run

I head home tomorrow, so this morning's run was the last one in the Florida summer heat. I did the entire run in the dark. It wasn't really in the dark, as there are street lights, but the sun was not up. In fact, I had finished my post stretching and my icing before the sun came up.

I felt fabu the entire run.
